Whats Your MO (ABN 89 528 753 828) issued Gift Cards. Treat your eGift card like cash and read our terms carefully below:
– Purchase, use or acceptance of a eGift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions;
– Your eGift card expires 12 months after the issue date or until the no amount remains on the eGift card. Any balance not used by the expiry date will be forfeited;
– eGift cards should be treated like cash. What’s Your MO is not responsible for lost, stolen or the unauthorised use of eGift cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed;
– What’s Your MO reserves the right to cancel a eGift Card if circumstances deem this necessary;
– eGift cards are only redeemable online and in Australian Currency;
– eGift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit;
– eGift cards cannot be purchased with any other items in same transaction;
– You are unable to exchange eGift cards as they are treated like cash
– You are unable to return or refund eGift cards as they are treated like cash;
– You are unable to use your eGift Card to purchase eGift cards;
– Promotional codes are not able to be used on eGift cards;
– Only one eGift card can be used per transaction;
– Once an order for an eGift card is submitted online it is unable to be cancelled;
– eGift cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment. No change will be given for any remaining gift card value. If a gift card is partially redeemed it is up to the eGift cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. eGift cards can be used in conjunction with another form of payment to make up the full value of the purchase;
– eGift cards are not reloadable. Once an eGift card has been fully redeemed it cannot be reused;
– What’s Your MO is not liable for delivery of a virtual eGift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser;
– What’s Your MO reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. They will be displayed on our website.
